Custom-made Request: Im a therapist and this client has come to see me because he is worried about the size of his penis. This is fairly common amongst studs, and Im sure its not - ah. Wow. That indeed is possibly the smallest penis Ive ever seen! Its a teeny lil' little willy, can hardly call that a penis! I cant help but laugh, it is truly the tiniest willy in the world - let me measure it, let me get my glasses and my magnifying glasses, I need to see this tiny thing up close - is it fully functional? Does it operate as it should? In the name of science I think this calls for a demonstration! I see from HIS assessment that he also has a fetish for big bottoms - perhaps I can utilise mine to encourage him to show me what that tiny willy can do?!
